Q: What is your return policy?

A: We value your satisfaction. Contact ventas.mattacaffe@gmail.com immediately for damaged or incorrect items. Replacements or refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns for coffee beans are accepted only for shipping errors. Report any damaged items within two weeks. Unused items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement as long as they are in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Q: How much will it cost me to get my order delivered?

A: Your coffee journey with us is even more enjoyable. In the USA, relish FREE delivery on orders over $60 of coffee beans. Should your order not meet the requirement, you may opt for next-day USA delivery with DPD for only $9. Lastly, shipping costs within Colombia vary by region, providing you with the flexibility in obtaining your Colombian coffee.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: From the moment you place an order, we are dedicated to preparing, packing, and dispatching your Colombian coffee within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 10 am typically reach you the next business day, including those under our subscription service which guarantees prompt delivery to keep you fueled with the coffee you love.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Expect your coveted coffee order within 2-5 working days, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 10 am Mon-Thurs are shipped the same day for your convenience. Orders made after this time or during the weekends are processed on the following working day, ensuring you receive your coffee as swiftly as possible.
